Terms & Conditions

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Only damaged merchandise will be accepted for return.

2. Most purchases will be shipped within 2-5 business day after payment is received. Check orders will be shipped in 5 business days after payment is received. Checks must have time to clear the bank before we can ship the products. If your order is going to be delayed for any reason we will inform you about it.

3. All purchases are shipped via Priority Mail at the Post Office and should take 2-3 business days to arrive. This is how long the post office says that most packages will take, but they do not guarantee it.

4. All Products are shipped in Mint Condition. Ty brand products will be shipped with undamaged hang tags, unless noted on order form.

5. All Ty Beanies are shipped with a tag protector on the hang tag to protect it during shipment.

6. Buyer shall examine all merchandise promptly on receipt thereof. Buyer shall notify Seller of all claimed shortages or damaged merchandise within two (2) days of receipt of goods. Failure to give notice shall be deemed an acceptance of the goods as of the date of shipment.

7. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been processed. All Credit Card orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Check & Money Orders are processed once payment is received.

8. All Ty Brand Beanies, Buddies, Attic Treasures, Pillowpals and Collector Cards are guaranteed to be authentic Ty products.

9. Prices in effect at the time of purchase are final. Credit will not be given for any subsequent change in price. No exceptions.
